The Project:


A 10-asset social shoot positioning Gallo Family Vineyard varietals as the ultimate drink for any occasion, and with heavy weighting on rosé wines. The client requested that the deliverables had the same quality feel as the brand's US social channels with the aim of matching the brand's premium positioning here in the UK. 

The Brief:

To concept, direct and produce 10 assets (moving and stills) heroing Gallo Family Vineyard's white, red and rosé wines in vibrant and evocative seasonal settings. 

Approach and Process:

We began by collating and proposing a selection of brand-suitable key dates or occasions (eg, hen weekend preparation, brunch), before concepting look and feel and set-up for each confirmed occasion and sourcing models for multiple shots. Due to budget allowances we sourced two separate locations to cover all the shots effectively - a studio as well as on-site location in a Victorian home. Style-wise, it was essential to keep the brand's energetic spark but to pull in a premium quality which would appeal to a wide-ranging audience across the UK.

The project took 8 weeks to complete, from response to brief to final delivery of assets.
